Villiers Farm Kennels and Cattery

Lynne Davies has specialized in behaviour cases for a few years now, and knows
success requires a combination of proper handling (training the owner), setting
expectations (training the dog) and managing the environment (diet, home etc).
She does a substantial amount of her training outdoors, after all, that's where your
dog wants to be!

In her words: “I started dog training in 1997 after taking on a rescue dog with
"behavioural problems" including aggressiveness to people and other dogs,
destructiveness and separation anxiety. Having overcome these I decided to train
full time and started working at a large dog training school working with puppies
and adult dogs on a one to one basis and in group classes.

I have a lot of experience in a wide variety of training methods and take pride in the
fact that I can match any dog and owner combination to a suitable training method
which both can understand.

I take care to deal with the whole picture - training, nutrition and the canine / human
interface - and I'm very happy to say I've yet to come across a dog that I have been
unable to help. I spend my spare time training my own dogs, Kane and Zeke. Both
have competed in working trials and although Kane has now retired, Zeke is still
competing and will hopefully do very well.”

I offer one to one, group classes, home visits and residential courses and its not
just for behavioural problems but for all aspects of dog training too.
